Our service allows companies to divert their phone lines to us at times when they are unable to handle their calls. When you divert your calls to your personalized divert number, we recognize your incoming calls and answer them in your company name. This creates the illusion that we are answering the calls in your office and your customers will be unaware they have been diverted, and be impressed with the excellent service when calling you.
Once a call comes through to us, we can take any information you require us to take from the caller. This information can then be instantly relayed back to you either by e-mail, fax SMS or you can call in to collect your messages. Important calls can also be transferred to an alternative number.

Access to an experienced online secretary is available 24 hours a day. All that is required is an Olympus digital voice recorder [circa £90] and a standard PC. Voice files are submitted direct and completed Word files picked up from the OutSec secure password-protected website. No email is used and no software installation is required. All company templates are stored remotely, ensuring that files are automatically returned with correct layout and formatting. The work is transcribed by the same British typist every time. Different levels of service are available.

The East London Office Centre serviced office building includes a well fitted conference room with a board room, seating and digital display to which you can connect your computer. This is available for rental by the hour, day or longer by arrangement.
The conference room is located on the ground floor so is available with full disabled access, close to the disabled WC.
The cost is based on £14 per hour or £100 per day.
There is a coin operated shower available 24 hours a day on the first-floor.
We can arrange for immediate cover for your office contents, at competitive rates. A standard package will include Contents, glass, money, Employers and Public Liability, Commercial Legal Protection, 24 hour claims line and legal and tax advice line with cover also available for business interruption, book debts, personal accident and business travel.

Security and Alarm systems have been provided by Capstan Security, part of the Banham Group. Entry to the Centre and to individual suites is by electronically controlled locks and there is High resolution Colour CCTV to the front doorway and all internal common areas with time lapse recording.
Each office is pre wired to take an alarm system through Capstan Security. Their advice on a full alarm fit–out to suit any insurance requirements is entirely free of obligation and is normally available within 24 hours.
